11 Plate HHO Fuel Cell - Part 1 of 2 - Beta Testing

This is my first hydrogen fuel cell. I have a couple of reasons for building this cell, the first is to prove that its actually possible as a viable fuel alternative. The other reasons are to better the milage in my car and create an oxy acetelyne torch alternative (i've always wanted one of those and I can;t be bothered to hire the tanks - Ozi regulation). The setup consists of 11 Stainless Steel plates (grade unknown - suspected 304). These plates are actually stainless steel coasters. They are arranged in the following order: +N-N+N-N+N- The cell is operating at 12V however I am not yet sure of the current being drawn as I blew my ammeter up a few months back. I am having some temperature issues, mainly at the joins of the terminals on the top of the cell... Please look at part two of this video setup that has the completed unit.
