All users may upload images, create their own public or private profiles-pics galleries,
share photos with others and once logged in, use other services provided by this site.

This service is provided free and by virtue of signing up,
all members have read and agree to the following terms and conditions



We reserve the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assume no
liability/responsibility for any lost files, registrations or misplaced file URLs. We reserve
the right to modify these terms at any time without any prior announcement and/or notification.

The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances :

Files that depict nude and/or contain sex scenes.
Files that are pornographic or contain any obscene material.
Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
Files that infringe copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs/ flash presentations,
scanned photos or any manner of copyrighted content.
Files uploaded with intention to harass individual or multiple persons, groups and/or promote hate.

You may not promote any products or services through direct advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit
without attaining the express permission of this Site.
Spam or flaming other members

File size is currently limited to 200kb, however we can make special considerations for larger files. Just ask.

Galleries and photos should be ON TOPIC and relate to green technologies, alternative energy of any sort,
your experiments, prototypes etc. Use a descriptive and related image title and be sure to choose your tag keywords well.
Your key words, closely mirroring your photo content are very important to optimize your gallery for searches.
You MAY add ONE url link in your description tag only if it is related to the photo content. A link to an alternative energy
site, related video or news group is fine. An advertising link for DVDs is not.


We reserve the right to disable any user's upload priviledges, restrict file sizes, bandwidth access
and/or limitations on the creation of multiple galleries, frequency, excessive or spurilous useage
and/or abuse.

Violation of any of the above conditions may result in

The immediate termination of user's ability to use our services.
User and/or user's domain will be banned.
User’s IP address will be banned.
All images and accounts related to the user/domain will be deleted.
